Virtual Terminal allows owners to process sales and refunds independently from their POS system in Lighthouse Business Manager, which allows for greater flexibility.
Access to Virtual Terminal is currently only available to the Merchant’s owner account and cannot be delegated to other employee log-ins at this time. The below User Guide reviews the available workflows for this new feature.
