We are pleased to announce that we are reducing the initial term on all Merchant Agreements and POS Service Agreements from three (3) years to one (1) year, effective July 1st, 2020.
The renewal term for all agreements will now be reduced to one (1) year as well. This change will apply to both new and existing accounts and will be implemented automatically for all current merchants.
We will also be eliminating Early Termination Fees (ETFs) for all agreements.
